The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion have confirmed plans for a one off London show.

A new album from The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, you say? Don't mind if we do. 'Meat And Bone' will be released on September 17th, with fans counting down the days until they get their hands on new material.

Jon Spencer is aiding the hype. "We still have that psychic glue that allows us to create music together" he said recently.

"Over the course of a year touring and writing new songs and recording, we rediscovered our shared history as a band. We circled the wagons, and went back to our roots. In a way this is almost like another first album."

Now the band have confirmed plans for a short European tour. Only a handful of dates have been announced, with The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion set to play London's Electric Ballroom on December 3rd.
