The History Of Apple Pie are streaming new track 'Glitch' taken from their upcoming debut album 'Out Of View'.
Familiar faces round certain parts of London, The History Of Apple Pie have been quietly impressing us for some time now. Working steadily, the band are happy to progress by increments, taking sure steps rather than arrogant leaps.
Early next year, though, the group are set to take a determined stride forward. Debut album 'Out Of View' drops in January via Marshall Teller, ten expertly crafted nuggets of sweet 'n' sour, fuzzed up jams for the new slacker generation.
New track 'Glitch' gives a good indication of what to expect. Sighing vocals, chugging guitars and plenty of effects, there's a lingering psychedelic edge - not least due to the parade of backwards guitars which bring the track to a close.
Clocking in at just over three and a half minutes, this is as concise an introduction to The History Of Apple Pie as you could ask for.
