The Enemy have announced plans for a nationwide tour, with each show costing a mere £5.
Britain's ongoing economic difficulties are taking their toll on live music. Last year's festival season was marked by call offs and cancellations, with some well respected events going under.
Thankfully, some acts are reacting in a positive manner. The Enemy have just announced a lengthy nationwide tour, with the Coventry band teaming up with Propaganda to organise the tour. As a thank you to fans, the band have arranged for entry into each show to cost a mere £5. In fact, the only time this changes is when the tour hits Ireland - where it will cost $5.
The news is another step forward from Propaganda. The country's most successful indie club night, the team had its most successful year ever in 2012 and now takes place in 22 cites weekly across the UK and Ireland playing to 25,000 people per week.
