The Week That Was Final Gigs

Field Music side project winds down

The Week That Was

The widely acclaimed The Week That Was, the 'solo' project of Field Music's Peter Brewis, is set to play one of their final gigs this week in London.

Having previously stated, "I’m not going to do another The Week That Was record – it was a one-off.", Brewis makes good his promise by winding up the live side of the band with a show in London on Wednesday before an apt appearance at the End of the Road festival in September.

The Week That Was appear at the Borderline in London on Wednesday night as part of a Memphis Industries showcase with Dan Michaelson & The Coastguards, Theoretical Girl and Go! Team DJs also appearing.

The final live appearance is set to take place at the End of the Road festival, held at Larmer Tree Gardens, Dorset from 11-13th September with headliners Explosions In The Sky, Fleet Foxes, Neko Case and a multitude of others.
