T In The Park Ticket Warning
Un-Official Site In Operation
The organisers of one of Britain's biggest festivals T In The Park have warned that a Hungarian based website claiming to offer tickets for next year's event has no affiliation to them.
Now owned by Big Day Out, the force behind the legendary Australian event of the same name, the festival was quick to take action against the site. Fans are warned that they should not give out their credit card details on the site www.tinthepark2009.com.
Legal action is being planned against the site, with promoter DF Concerts claiming the organisation is "100% Unofficial".
In other T In The Park related news, the festival is attempting to increase its capacity to 85,000 and open the gates a day earlier. This year's event was a huge success, with headline sets from The Verve, Rage Against The Machine and REM.
T In The Park will take place from July 10th-12th.
