Returning dance rock outlaws The Sunshine Underground have confirmed details of their upcoming second album 'Nobody's Coming To Save You'.

Dance and rock have never been easy bedfellows. Blending bedroom melancholy with dancefloor euphoria is not an easy trick to master, yet Leeds group The Sunshine Underground could well have done so.

An indie group named after a Chemical Brothers track the band made their name with a series of incendiary shows before being snapped up by City Rockers label.

Recalling the baggy craze the group have much more developed songwriting ideas, introducing elements of dance into their raucous indie sound. Debut album 'Raise The Alarm' was a breakthrough for The Sunshine Underground.

Lead single 'Commercial Breakdown' was a cult favourite, while the band's live show won them admirers across the nation. Taking time off, The Sunshine Underground recently showcased new material on a tour with inspirations The Happy Mondays.

Now the band have confirmed details of their long anticipated second album. Ending a four years silence The Sunshine Underground are set to release 'Nobody's Coming To Save You' on February 10th.

Released through City Rockers, the album is set to be preceded by the single 'We've Always Been Your Friends' on January 25th. A welcome return from the band, the record was self-produced with help from Barny who has worked with Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys and more.

The Sunshine Underground are set to release 'Nobody's Coming To Save You' on February 10th. Tracklisting is as follows:
