Bright Eyes have made their new album 'The People's Key' available to stream in its entirety.

Put on hiatus, Bright Eyes have had an enduring quality. Despite the success of his solo career, Conor Oberst was still dogged by requests to pull the Saddle Creek collective out of retirement.

Last year the band got back together, releasing a one off track in aid of charity. Deciding that the old chemistry had returned, Bright Eyes began working on their first album together in almost three years.

The results are keenly anticipated. Bright Eyes have kept new material under lock and key, although two tracks have been released as a free download.

'Hailie Selassie' and 'Shell Games' are both available from the Saddle Creek website. Mixing sharp songwriting with some typically provocative lyrics, they prove that Bright Eyes have not lost their bite.

Recorded at the band's own ARC Studios, 'The People's Key' was produced by Mike Mogis and engineered by Mogis and Andy Lemaster. The album is set to be released on February 14th, but you can hear is ahead of the release date on YouTube. Click HERE to begin streaming the album!

Meanwhile, Bright Eyes are set to play a European tour next month. Announcing a series of continental shows, the Saddle Creek collective confirmed three UK shows - their first in four years.

Opening in Glasgow, the short tour finishes in London with an album launch show at the Scala venue. Sadly, tickets for all three shows are long gone.

Bright Eyes are due to play the following shows:

8 Glasgow Oran Mor (SOLD OUT)
9 Nottingham Room (SOLD OUT)
14 London Scala (SOLD OUT)
