Sound City Want You!

Liverpool's prestigious Sound City has launched a new search for some of the UK's top unsigned talent to play on its star-packed bill this year, it has been announced.

Now into its second year, Sound City has already established itself as one of the finest music showcase events in Europe. Last year's event attracted over 25,000 fans to its many events, including performances, workshops and seminars.

For the next two weeks unsigned acts can sign up for free to win a chance of playing the event. In co-operation with Sentric Music, unsigned bands stand a chance of treading the boards at one of Europe's top music events. Attracting swarms of A&R people as well as journalists from around the world, this could be your chance to win the deal of a lifetime!

Acts should sign up via the Sentric Music website. After the two week period has elapsed a fee will be charged.

Sound City takes place in May 2009. Last year's headliners included Hercules & Love Affair alongside almost a hundred other acts.
