Slash Supports Gay Marriage
Guitarist Releases Video Clip
Former Guns N Roses guitarist Slash has released a video online in which he and his wife Perla Hudson support same-sex marriage.
The legendary axeman was a member of the group at their incendiary peak, supplying the delicate guitarwork that under-pinned Billboard number one classic 'Sweet Child O' Mine'.
Now firmly in Axl Rose's bad books, Slash was one of two people not included in Dr Pepper's infamous 'free can when Guns N Roses release a new album' offer.
In the new video clip Slash plays a version of the US anthem 'The Star Spangled Banner' while his wife Perla Hudson speaks out on behalf of gay marriage.
"I married my sweetheart, you should be able to marry yours too," she says. "Say no to hate and yes to equal rights. Keep up the fight."
The clip encourages people to protest against the Proposition 8 bill - a Californian ballot banning gay marriage which voters passed in the November 4th election.

Equal rights and all that.
Equal rights and all that. But the ad is pretty dump.
It's good seeing musicians
It's good seeing musicians come out and let us know where they stand on this. With the majority of people getting divorced and needing marital help it's good to see someone support gay marriages then be against it.
