Royksopp are set to curate the latest instalment of 'Late Night Tales'.
Royksopp have always had a chilled out edge. Sure, those tempos might creep up every now and again but the Norwegian group rarely stray away from ice cool synths and subtle pop moments.
All of which makes the group perfect candidates to take charge of 'Late Night Tales'. Crafting a deft mix, Royksopp have fused rarities with guilty pleasures, throwing in the odd exclusive along the way.
Opening with exclusive introductory track 'Daddy’s Groove' the mix contains a raft of rare and unusual European pop. More familiar names such as XTC and Thomas Dolby make an appearance, with Royksopp themselves contributing a cover of Depeche Mode's 'Ice Machine'.
