Tumultuous news from the Oasis camp emerged over the weekend with UK red top The Sun reporting that drummer Richard Starkey could be about to leave the band.
Since joining the band Starkey has split his time between Oasis and The Who, playing stadiums the world over. An in demand session drummer, Starkey is renowned as one of the world's top drummers.
It is reported that Starkey, son of Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, argued with Oasis mainman Noel Gallagher and is now set to leave the band before their upcoming US tour.
No official announcement has been made from the Oasis camp, but this is nonetheless worrying news ahead of the release of their new album later in the year.
