Richard Hawley has confirmed details of an extensive set of British tour dates this Autumn.

After spending so long in the shadows - working as a guitarist with both Pulp and The Longpigs - it's been heartening to witness Richard Hawley's success as a solo artist.

New album 'Standing At The Sky's Edge' is currently in the Top Ten, landing at number three. The highest first week chart position of Richard Hawley's career, the songwriter is also planning to launch a new Singles Club.

Aside from this, Richard Hawley is also maintaining a typically hectic live schedule. Announcing plans for an Autumn tour, the singer will travel around the country throughout September and October.

Opening in Holmfirth on September 16th, Richard Hawley will then play shows in Norwich, Portsmouth, Brighton and more. Hitting Brighton on September 19th, shows then continue in Bath, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester.

Finishing with a date at the Brixton Academy on October 3rd, tickets for all shows go on sale at 9am this Friday (May 17th).
