American indie pop group return...
Real Estate

Real Estate are set to release their new album 'Atlas' through Domino on March 3rd.

Evocative, that's Real Estate. Sure, that whole melancholic-jangle-pop schtick has been done a fair few times before, but rarely with such atmosphere, with such wonderful feeling.

With second album 'Days' becoming something of a breakthrough, it's obviously something of a contagious sound. Heading back into the studio, Real Estate have now completed work on a follow up.

'Atlas' will be released on March 3rd, with new member Matt Kallman (formerly of Girls) joining on keyboards. Recorded in Wilco's Chicago-based loft studio, Real Estate worked with producer Tom Schick.

New cut 'Talking Backwards' has emerged online, and it's a blissful, sighing piece of Autumnal guitar pop. Absolutely perfect for these frozen January days, you can check out the Charles Poekel directed video below.

Clash caught up with Real Estate last year, as 'Days' began it's slow-burning, sleeper success - check it out HERE.

'Atlas' is set to be released on March 3rd.
