Rascals December UK Tour

Wirral indie-pop trio The Rascals are set to cap a fine year with a handful of live dates, before Miles Kane & Co. head back into the studio to work on a follow up to debut album 'Rascalize'.

The hardworking group seem to have spent the bulk of the year on the road. After releasing debut album 'Rascalize' early in 2008, the band have been visiting venues the length and breadth of the nation.

Alongside this Miles Kane has been busy working with The Last Shadow Puppets. That group's mastery of melodic melancholy was much praised by critics, who assumed that chief Arctic Monkey Alex Turner was the brains of the operation. However, one listen to The Rascals sweeping 60s styled pop is enough to confirm that Kane is undoubtedly a massive influence on the group.

The Rascals are set to play the following UK tour dates:

December 10th - Norwich Arts Centre, Norwich
December 12th - The Royal, Derby
December 13th - Push at Astoria, London
December 15th - The Junction, Cambridge
December 16th - Scala, London
December 19th - Carling Academy 2, Liverpool
December 23rd - Ruby Lounge, Manchester
