Canadian authorities look into stage collapse

Canadian authorities have begun their investigation into the recent stage collapse at the site of a Radiohead show.
The recent stage collapse before a Radiohead show in Toronto left both the band and fans shocked. Tragically killing drum tech Scott Johnson, the Oxford group offered their condolences to his family.
"We have all been shattered by the loss of Scott Johnson, our friend and colleague" wrote Phil Selway. "He was a lovely man, always positive, supportive and funny; a highly skilled and valued member of our great road crew. We will miss him very much. Our thoughts and love are with Scott's family and all those close to him."
Now Canadian authorities are to begin a full investigation into the stage collapse. Ontario Ministry of Labour will spearhead the initiative, which will focus primarily on Live Nation, Optex Staging and Services, Inc., Nasco Staffing Solutions.
In addition to this, The Star (via Pitchfork) reports that Radiohead themselves will come under investigation under their side company Ticker Tape Touring LLP.
A quick statement from Radiohead regarding the investigation:
"Radiohead is unable to comment concerning the stage structure at Downsview Park. As with any performance, whether it be a theatre or an outdoor show like this, Radiohead installs its production into the performance space as provided by the venue and/or promoter."
