Radiohead, Marr Collaboration
Superstar Line Up For 'Worlds Collide'
Former Crowded House star Neil Finn is set to organize the follow up to his 'Worlds Collide' project, featuring members of Radiohead, Johnny Marr and many more.
Finn organized the initial concert and album in 2001 to raise money for the British charity Oxfam. The second leg of the project is set to feature a stunning cast containing Radiohead members Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway alongside a host of others.
The group of musicians will come together to record 'Seven Worlds Collide' in Auckland's Roundhead Studios, with the resulting album set to be accompanied by a series of concerts in New Zealand next year.
The project has recruited former Smiths axe hero Johnny Marr, Sebastian Steinberg, Lisa Germano and Neil Finn's erstwhile brother Liam. Also set to appear are Wilco mainman Jeff Tweedy alongside New Zealand musicians Bic Runga and Don McGlashan.
Neil Finn has announced the first names of the all-star line up that is set to take part in his 'Seven Worlds Collide' concert project in New Zealand.
