Queens Of The Stone Age have fleshed out a few more details for upcoming album '...Like Clockwork'.
One of the last untamed rock experiences stomping around the globe, Queens Of The Stone entered the studio last year. Keeping fans informed, the band posted a series of photographs from recording sessions which seemed to indicate a glittering roll call of guest musicians.
Now the band have outlined full details for their sixth studio album. Signing to Matador - whose output already this year has cost us a small fortune - the full length will be titled '...Like Clockwork'.
Out this June, a press release from the label contains a quote from Josh Homme indicating that the album should be considered "an audio documentary of a manic year".
Produced by Homme alongside the band, '...Like Clockwork' was constructed with help from Mark Rankin at Burbank, California. In addition to this, the album contains guest appearances from drum crew Dave Grohl, Joey Castillo and Jon Theodore.
Other performers on the LP include Sir Elton John, Mark Lanegan, Nick Oliveri, Trent Reznor, Jake Shears, James Lavelle and Arctic Monkeys singer Alex Turner.
'...Like Clockwork' is set to be released in June.
