Quart Festival Cancelled

Norwegian mega festival Quart has announced that this year's event has been cancelled and, even worse, has declared bankrupcy.

The event was scheduled to take place from the 2nd to the 5th July with bands appearing including Kings Of Leon, The Streets, Gnarls Barkley, Kate Nash, Holy Fuck, Dizzee Rascal, Lionheart Brothers, The Enemy and Young Knives.

The news, posted on the festival's website, blames weaker than expected ticket sales and other budgetary concerns and states that they have taken the only course left open to them.
