There will be 'Blood'...

Leeds-based noisy boys Pulled Apart By Horses have confirmed details of their third studio album. ‘Blood’ will be released through Best Of The Best on September 1st.

Ahead of that comes a new video, for the single ‘Hot Squash’. The track’s released on June 23rd, and has already had all that ‘hottest record’ business. Which might imply it’s not all that special, but come on: it’s PABH. You know this shit rocks.

‘Blood’ (cover above) was recorded in its makers’ hometown by Matt Peel (Eagulls), while ‘Hot Squash’ was mixed by Rich Costey, him of credits on tracks by The Mars Volta and Foo Fighters fame. Says the blurb (all of these things come with a blurb, you know): ‘Hot Squash’ is the band’s personal take on hypnotic desert rock, with soaring riffs topped by urgent and brooding vocals.

Sounds alright. Have a squizz…

PABH play Reading and Leeds festivals, and more information on the foursome can be found at their website. Everyone’s got one!
