Preview: The Big Feastival Returns In 2016

Food, music, and so much more...

The Big Feastival returns to The Cotswolds on August Bank Holiday weekend.

The event is held on Alex James’ Farm near Kingham and, as the name would suggest, has so far arranged a variety food and drink stands to tickle your taste buds and confirmed a wealth of performers to bring music to your ears.

Over the weekend world renowned chefs such as Jamie Oliver, Raymond Blanc and Tom Kerridge will be appearing as well as most the recent Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain and food writer Gizzi Erskine.

Bringing the music to the event are headliners Mark Ronson, Tinie Tempah and the Kaiser Chiefs. They’ll be joined across the weekend by experimental electro-pop singer Róisín Murphy, high octane party starter DJ Fresh and Scottish national treasures The Proclaimers.

Foxes, Ella Henderson, DJ Yoda, The Cuban Brothers and Reef are also scheduled to perform over the weekend – a mixed bag!

If that wasn’t enough The Big Feastival has a whole host of other entertainment to keep you occupied. From their signature vintage funfair returning for its fifth year on the farm, the Family Olympics in spirit of Brazil 2016 or appearances from X Factor stars Reggie N Bollie to keep the younger ones entertained, there really is something for everyone.

The Big Feastival takes place from August 26th-28th.
