Premiere: Yoke Lore – ‘Goodpain’

Deconstructed pop music that revels in the personal...

Adrian Galvin likes to explore music, to de-construct songs and see what makes them tick.

Re-assembling the nuts, bolts, screws, and gears as he sees fit, what emerges contains an entrancing sense of individuality.

Releasing music under his Yoke Lore moniker, a 2016 EP saw the Brooklyn musician make an impressive introduction.

New EP 'Goodpain' drops on June 16th, with Yoke Lore aiming to "tell stories about how things are bound and held together. I think something’s value is in its relationship to everything else. Work in the joints; where things come together."

Clash is able to premiere the title cut, a bewitching piece of DIY alt pop with an electronic sheen.

Gently entrancing, you can check it out below.
