Cornwall garage-punks The Black Tambourines have unveiled new track 'Crosseyed' - listen to it below.
Sometimes a band and label are just made for one another. Art Is Hard are based in Exeter, and have managed to turn their DIY ethic into one of the country's most vibrant new independents.
Stumbling across The Black Tambourines, the pair seemed to instantly fall into a mutual attraction. Releasing their debut album, Art Is Hard vowed to support the band in any way possible - hosting them at every show the label has put on.
Heading into the studio, The Black Tambourines decided that the time was right to focus on their debut album. Blissfully hazy garage-punk, the material is born from long days spent dreaming by the coast in their native Cornwall.
Set to be released on September 2nd, the band's self-titled debut album is a fusion of tattered 'n' torn guitar lines and wonderfully contagious vocals.
As a special preview, Clash is able to bring you the first play of album cut 'Crosseyed'. Squeezing every ounce of promise into a two minute pop song, this is all killer and no filler.
Listen to it now.
