Premiere: Naomi Pilgrim – ‘It’s All Good’ (Lucas Nord Remix)

Glistening, up tempo remix...

Only releasing her debut single 'NO GUN' a mere 12 months ago, Naomi Pilgrim has been one of 2014's real breakthroughs.

Winning enormous attention with her artful style, the Scandinavian talent fuses R&B textures to glistening pop production.

New single 'It's All Good' was produced in collaboration with Fredrik Okazaki, and it's a bittersweet return. In Naomi Pilgrim's words:

"'It’s All Good' is about those days when you’re waking up, the sun is shining and a lot of good things are happening in your life, but it's still impossible to get out of bed. Days when you´re wishing for something else and you´re on the verge of breaking into a million insignificant pieces. Then, as you finally pick yourself up, you are realizing the solution is very simple…"

Clash is able to premiere a remix from Lucas Nord. Able to piece apart the track, the producer adds some uplifting percussion but retains the essentially melancholy of the song itself.

Of the remix, Lucas Nord says:

"I've recently felt the urge to release music in various tempos and various genres and actively taking a step away from what people expect me to do. Naomi's voice and this track in particular gave me the opportunity to do something new and different and I hope this remix shows an evolving side of me that I'm excited for people to hear."
