George Glew grew up around music.
The songwriter was first drawn to folk and blues, elemental songwriting that carried an emotional truth.
Now based in Bristol, George Glew has absorbed aspects of the city's vibrant indie scene, all while developing his own voice.
New single 'Me And My Brother' continues his remarkable development, a soothing but always intriguing piece of music.
Out now, it further underlines George Glew's independence. “The song is very self explanatory,” he explains. “It's about my relationship with my brother and how despite the lack of seeing or speaking to each other we're still there for one another. It also touches on my relationship with the rest of my family and my upbringing, despite everything that has happened throughout my life I wouldn't change it.”
