Portishead Single Announcement

Seminal trip hop act Portishead returned this year with their superb album 'Third', and are preparing to release new single 'Magic Doors' on December 15th.

After a ten year silence Portishead have returned. New album 'Third' was a distinct step on from 1997's 'Portishead' set, but retained some of the band's unique sound. Easily one of the most influential and acclaimed acts of the 90s, the group's reformation was one of the year's biggest talking points.

New single 'Magic Doors' was one of the highpoints of the new album, and will come backed with some very special B-sides. Available on both etched vinyl and CD, with extra tracks including "Silence", "Threads" and "Mysterons", all recorded live at the trio's Coachella performance in May of this year.
