Portishead Cinema Plan

Seminal Bristol group Portishead have announced plans to show a new short film based on forthcoming single 'Magic Doors' at cinemas across the UK.

The reformed trip hop giants released their comeback album 'Third' earlier this year. A stunning return, it emphasised the sonic daring of the group's original material whilst adding something new and unique.

Taken from the album, new single 'Magic Doors' is released on December 15th as a digital download and also as an etched 12 inch vinyl. The single will include bonus tracks recorded at the group's storming performance at the American festival Coachella over the summer.

Portishead have prepared a short film to accompany the single, which will be shown at the following cinemas:
