Portishead's Third

Seminal trip-hop group Portishead are set to return with a new album, entitled "Third", on April 28th.

Despite the name, the album is technically the band's fourth - including the "Roseland NYC Live" album. Portishead's third studio LP, some of the tracks from the album were debuted at last year's ATP event, a festival curated by the band.

"Third" will be preceded by a single called "Machine Gun" on April 14th, released on both 12 inch and digital formats. "Third" will then follow on April 28th, released on CD and double vinyl.
