Pigeon Detectives Get Busy

Leeds indie allstars The Pigeon Detectives are set to release their new single "Say It Like You Mean It" on October 20th, it has been announced.

The band have been busy all year writing, recording and then releasing their second album "Emergency". The workaholic Yorkshire men released their second album almost exactly a year after their debut hit the shops - not bad going, considering The Stone Roses kept us waiting five years for theirs!

A typically shouty, singalong track "Say It Like You Mean It" does exactly what it says on the tin. The Pigeon Detectives sure aren't the most subtle of bands, but with choruses built for the terraces why would they be?

The Pigeon Detectives are set to commence a massive UK tour soon, with dates across the country.
