Singer Suffers Chest Infection
The Pigeon Detectives have been forced to cancel dates on their massive UK tour after singer Matt Bowman was struck down with a chest infection in Glasgow, it has been announced.
The band have had an extremely busy year, releasing their second album in under twelve calendar months. 'Emergency' gathered warm reviews, and The Pigeon Detectives have toured Britain several times in the course of this year.
The band were due to go onstage at the Glasgow Barrowlands venue when singer Matt Bowman was struck down with a chest infection. After failing to respond to treatment backstage the gig was called off, with management taking the precaution of postponing the next show in Nottingham as a precaution.
Refunds can be obtained at the point of purchase. The Pigeon Detectives had re-scheduled the following Nottingham date:
December 16th - Nottingham, Rock City
