Band return with fourth album

Parisian retro-pop four-piece Phoenix are set to release their fourth album 'Wolfgang Amadeus' in May, and will play a UK show in the capital this April to celebrate.

The band recently returned, giving away their new single '1901' via their website, their first new material since 2006's 'Its Never Been Like That'. A synth-heavy power-pop return to form, the track was produced by Zdar, the man who cemented their sound on debut 'United'.

Now into their tenth year, Phoenix continue to tour the world and record albums, now releasing a mixtape through ultra-hip French imprint Kitsune in March, which was previously also done by dance duo Digitalism.
