One of the most respected festivals in Scandinavia, Oya previously took place in a Medieval park on the outskirts of Oslo.
With building work under way, the festival has shifted location and shaken things up in the process.
Aiming to make this summer's instalment their finest yet, Oya is set to welcome re-united hip hop dons OutKast to Norway.
Set to appear at Coachella, Andre 3000 and Big Boi now have their sights set on Europe. Due to perform at Oya, the group will then travel to Swedish festival Way Out West for another set.
Also joining the Oslo bill are London based newcomers Jungle, who rapidly evolving live show is transforming them into one of the country's most promising pop acts.
Tickets are on sale now.
Oya festival runs between August 6th - 10th.
