Oasis' 18 date UK tour has sold out within an hour of the tickets going on sale.

The rush for the tickets is perhaps the first sign of the returning Oasis circus ahead of the new material and the demand that still exists for the band's output.

Ahead of the new album, 'Dig Out Your Soul', comes the single ‘The Shock of the Lightning', out September 29th, which has already leaked onto the internet gathering much positive feedback.

The band are to play 2 dates at each venue, acknowledging the demand to catch their live show, with towns being visited including Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham, London, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Belfast, Aberdeen and Glasgow.
