Oasis To Play Free London Show

Kasabian, Snow Patrol and more...

A series of free shows are set to take place at the London Roundhouse throughout July, with Oasis, Kasabian and more set to appear as part of the iTunes Live Sessions.

Fans will be able to register for tickets to the shows on-line, which will then be allocated to lucky winners beforehand. Other acts set to play include U.S. rapper Flo Rida, The Saturdays, Snow Patrol and Paolo Nutini.

Oasis will play on the 21st July, also announcing a staggering three night residency at the Wembley Stadium on July 9th,10th and 11th as part of their mammoth UK tour over the summer.

The band's forthcoming UK Tour has been hitting the headlines all week, after support band The Enemy became the subject of a Twitter bashing from Liam Gallagher recently.

The Enemy's Tom Clarke had spoken out about Noel Gallagher and Oasis' career, adding: “I don’t think Noel needs to do it any more. He’s doing it for the love of it. That’s the dream."

The comments may have been misinterpreted by Liam Gallagher, however, who then wrote a message on the social networking site that threatened the band's touring partnership. The post from Gallagher read: "Having read an interview with Tom Clarke from The Enemy apparently Oasis are past it?" Do you want to go on 1st (on the tour) or what you little fucker?"

The Enemy were keen to reply and clear up the misunderstanding, however - read their reply to the saga on Clash Music HERE.

The iTunes shows will kick off at the London Roundhouse on July 4th with Miami rapper Flo Rida with the following dates also to go ahead. Applications for tickets can be made soon on iTuneslive.co.uk.
