Britpop legends Oasis are set to switch record labels after announcing a three-album deal with Sony BMG today (June 19th).
The band are gearing up to release their seventh studio album later this year, which, according to insiders, have recaptured the verve and energy of their glory years. The album will be released on the group's own Big Brother Recordings imprint, but will be produced in conjunction with Sony BMG via a profit share agreement.
Initially signed to the legendary Creation Records, the group struck out on their own releasing "Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants", "Heathen Chemistry" and "Don't Believe The Truth".
Oasis are set to release their new studio album on September 8th.
