Oasis Star On Michael Jackon
Liam Gallagher labels icon a "nutjob"
Oasis singer Liam Gallagher has given a new interview in which he describes Michael Jackson as a "nutjob".
Oasis are "no longer". In his first interview since news of the split broke, Liam Gallagher revealed that the band could not continue without his brother Noel Gallagher.
Keeping silent in the months following the guitar player's departure, Liam Gallagher has now decided to speak to the press. In addition to the questions around the group's collapse, the singer has also given his opinion on the life of Michael Jackson.
Speaking to the Daily Mail the singer labelled Michael Jackson a "nutjob". Continuing, Liam Gallagher said "he was genius, without a doubt. Not my kind of music, though".
“I preferred him when he was in the Jackson Five but then he turned into a bit of a nut job.”
Continuing, Liam Gallagher asserted that Jackson's death was "always on the cards".
“Anyone who has their own fairground in the back garden has to go nuts,” he added. “I have a couple of trees and a garden shed so it keeps me well on the ground.”
Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher also spoke about the Oasis split. Claiming he was "gutted" about the separation the singer added: “I love being in Oasis. When I'm ready, you will hear my side of the story."
Liam Gallagher has just launched the new Autumn / Winter range for his new fashion label Pretty Green. Reports in the British press also claim that the singer has booked studio time for his new solo album.
The one time Oasis frontman launched the website for Pretty Green with a never before heard acoustic lament.

I really miss this band. I never hear a new song about this band. But Wonderwall is my favorite song. I have a special memory with that song.
