Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue are set to star in forthcoming movie '20,000 Days On Earth'.
Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue are responsible for one of the 90s most incongruous pop moments. At a time when Minogue was struggling to shake off her pre-teen pop tag and Cave was viewed as a deviant, the two paired up on the murder ballad 'Where The Wild Roses Grow'.
A beautifully composed track, it matched Nick Cave's formidable delivery against Kylie Minogue's soft, seductive croon. The chemistry was astounding, and resulted in a bizarre but quite beautiful pop moment.
Well, the pair are to cross swords once more. The Australian duo will appear in '20,000 Days On Earth' a forthcoming film which will be directed by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard.
Currently in production, '20,000 Days On Earth' is being made with support from Film4, BFI and Corniche Pictures, while the film is being produced by Pulse Films and JW Films.
