Neon Neon have shared new track 'Mid Century Modern Nightmare' and unveiled plans for a series of tour dates.
Neon Neon are stirring. A project which matches Gruff Rhys and Boom Bip, the pair's debut album 'Stainless Style' was a wry, humorous and hopelessly addictive work which focussed on the life of John DeLorean.
Now the pair are lining up a follow up. 'Praxis Makes Perfect' is out on April 29th, and finds Neon Neon setting their sights on maverick Italian publisher Giagiacomo Feltrinelli. New track 'Mid Century Nightmare' is online now.
An intriguing introduction to the upcoming album, the song contains backing vocals from Cate Le Bon and an impassioned contribution from Italian actor Asia Argento - who reads a rousing Feltrinelli speech originally broadcast in 1970.
