Week long celebration...

The Music Is GREAT campaign is set to launch with the release of a new DVD on May 14th.

Music is great. We know it, you know it, everyone (hopefully) knows it. But now a new campaign is set to launch in order to prove to the world once and for all that Music Is GREAT (see what we did there?)

A week long celebration of all things musical, Music Is GREAT opens on May 14th. Fans, musicians and labels are set to join forces, with a number of special events being planned across the country.

Exact details are being kept under wraps, but you can hit 'Like' on the Music Is GREAT Facebook page to keep up to date with the latest details.

Alongside the launch, Music Is GREAT are preparing a special DVD containing some iconic moments from British music. The choice is contentious (no Beatles? no Led Zeppelin?) but the profits are going to Save The Children so hey - who are we to complain?
