Morrissey To Play Royal Albert Hall
Tour to continue
Indie icon Morrissey is set to continue his tour of Britain and Ireland despite his recent health problems.
Morrissey has been plagued by health problems throughout the year. The singer was forced to cancel almost an entire North American tour after being laid low with throat problems, before turning his sights on Britain.
However the singer's UK tour schedule has not gone as planned. Earlier this year Morrissey was forced to pull several dates as his throat problems returned, causing the tour to be re-scheduled.
Thought to have recovered, Morrissey shocked fans onstage in Swindon on Saturday (October 24th) after he collapsed during the opening song.
Taken to hospital, Morrissey was then allowed home to rest. The singer released a statement apologising to fans, before pulling a second show in Bournemouth to allow him time to recover from his mystery ailment.
Now the singer's spokesperson has released a statement to the NME, confirming that Morrissey's London show tomorrow night (October 27th) is set to go ahead.
Taking place in the Royal Albert Hall, it is a grandiose venue for Morrissey to make his comeback. Due to complete his UK tour, the singer has also told fans to stand by for information regarding a refund and potential re-scheduling of shows in Swindon and Bournemouth.
Morrissey's tour is set to continue tonight (October 27th) with a show in London's Royal Albert Hall.
