Monkeys And Rascals

Last Shadow Puppets, the new indie superpower, have announced details of their latest single "Standing Next To Me" to be released on July 7th.

Comprised of Arctic Monkeys' mainman Alex Turner and Rascals' leader Miles Kane, Last Shadow Puppets have been one of the indie success stories of 2008. Debut album "The Age Of The Understatement" was an unexpected triumph, mixing Scott Walker and early Bowie to craft a record of grand orchestral pop.

"Standing Next To Me" is taken from this spectacular debut album, and will hit the shops on July 7th. The single will feature new exclusive tracks on the B-side and will be released on two different 7 inch vinyl, CD and digital download.
