'Home Again' EP due on January 1st

Michael Kiwanuka has premièred the title cut of his forthcoming EP 'Home Again'.

As the year draws to an end, fans are bombarded with polls to find out who will dominate the upcoming 12 month period. While not an exact science by any means, if Michael Kiwanuka doesn't penetrate the mainstream then we will be extremely surprised.

Releasing two EPs in 2011, the singer manages to conjure the influence of Marvin Gaye, Terry Callier and Bill Withers without seeming derivative.

New EP 'Home Again' will launch a fresh year for the soulful talent. Michael Kiwanuka releases the EP on January 1st, with the title cut given its exclusive first play by Lauren Laverne on 6Music this morning (November 14th).
