Experimental rock trio confirm debut LP plans...
Watter

There's something stirring around Louisville, Kentucky.

The area has long been a hub for experimental musicians, producing a slew of genre-smashing, boundary-defying groups.

Now a number of revered musicians are set to unite in new group Watter. The band boast Zak Riles (Grails) and Tyler Trotter in their number, with legendary drummer Britt Walford (Slint, Evergreen) sitting in on percussion.

Debut album 'This World' will be released on May 27th, with Rachel Grimes (Rachel's) and The For Carnation's Todd Cook stopping past during recording sessions.

Album cut 'Rustic Fog' is online now - an unsettling, bass driven piece of drone rock the layers pile up with remarkable intensity.

Check it out below.
