McCartney Marriage Rumours

Former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney and his girlfriend American tourism magnate Nancy Shevell could be poised to marry.

According to reports in British tabloid, McCartney and his partner Shevel could tie the knot. The two have been inseparable for some time, and can now legally marry after Shevell's divorce from Bruce Blakeman was confirmed in December.

McCartney has been married twice before. First wife Linda was a fellow Wings mainstay as well as being a celebrated vegetarian chef and Animal Rights activist. Sadly, Linda McCartney died of cancer in 1998.

The musician then married Heather Mills, but this marriage ended in an acrimonious divorce with much TV coverage showing Mills leaving court with a dark and gloomy soundtrack playing over the footage.

In March of last year Mills was awarded a total of £24.3 million in a divorce settlement.

It's also worth noting that Valentine's Day is coming up, and noted romantic McCartney will no doubt mark it somehow. But the question on everyone's lips is will he do it with a wedding ring?
