Maximo Park UK Tour

Spiky indie types Maximo Park have announced a massive new UK tour.

Springing almost fully formed from Newcastle, Maximo Park became one of the first guitar groups to sign with electronic powerhouse Warp. Debut album 'A Certain Trigger' was chock full of anthemic post-punk influences tracks, with hit single 'Apply Some Pressure' becoming the band's signature tune.

Second album 'Our Earthly Pleasures' followed in 2007, with the band reportedly completing new material in Los Angeles with producer Nick Launay. Due out in Spring, the album is not yet named with rumours from the band's camp suggesting it has the working title of 'Rollerdisco Of Love'.
