Maximo Park have outlined plans for new album 'Too Much Information'.
Maximo Park are taking charge of their own destiny. The band recently returned to the studio, electing to take charge of sessions on their own. Roping in The Invisible’s Dave Okumu and from Field Music’s David and Peter Brewis, the sessions began to take shape as the year progressed.
Now, with 2013 almost over, the post-punk crew are ready to unveil plans for their new album.
'Too Much Information' will be released on February 3rd, with frontman Paul Smith commenting: "Our lyrics and our music will never be too-cool-for-school - we are an emotional band even if it might be too much information for some."
By way of an introduction, Maximo Park have posted new track 'Brain Cells'. Dave Okumu assists on production, with Paul Smith's voice arriving shrouded in electronics.
