Massive Attack are set to headline next summer's instalment of Sonar.
The past few years have witnessed the festival season plunging into a state of flux. Yet amid the chaos, the comings and goings, Sonar has managed to not only survive but thrive.
Returning for its 21st instalment next summer, Sonar will invite Massive Attack to bring the latest instalment of their live show to the festival.
The rejuvenated Bristol group are set to headline Sonar, with the first names on the line up also including the likes of Richie Hawtin's Plastikman and more.
Focussing on electronic talent, the first announcement contains names such as Evian Christ, James Holden, Jon Hopkins, Four Tet, Caribou and Hyperdub's Canadian starlet Jessy Lanza.
Elsewhere, Moderat will perform, while other artists on the line up include Bonobo and Hype Williams offshoot Copeland.
Tickets are on sale now.
Sonar runs between June 12th - 14th.
