Ska kingpins Madness are amongst the latest batch of acts to be confirmed for this year’s T In The Park.

T In The Park has grown to become one of the most important festivals in Europe. Capturing some star headliners, the Balado bash also acts as a breeding ground for new talent.

This year organisers have outdone themselves with the likes of Kasabian, Eminem and more gathering to perform at the Scottish festival. Organisers are working night and day to grow the line up, with T In The Park announcing a series of new additions.

Ska kings Madness are set to travel to T In The Park for what will no doubt be a legendary performance. The band performed at Glastonbury last year, transforming Worthy Farm into a sea of skanking limbs.

Releasing a new studio album, Madness proved that their witty lyrics and jaunty rhythms are still a winning combination long after the peak of 2 Tone.

Due to follow in the footsteps of The Specials, Madness are planning to hit T In The Park this summer. Joining them will be Jamie T, who played a riotous set at last year’s event.

Other new additions to the bill include Manchester dance rockers Delphic, whose debut album ‘Acolyte’ has been bowling over critics. Produced by Berlin based techno don Ewan Pearson the album is a neat amalgamation of visceral rock thrills and electronic programming.

Other new additions include hardcore troubadour Frank Turner, The Sunshine Underground and many more.

T In The Park takes place between July 9th – 11th.
