Unicorn Kid took hold of Annie Mac's Mini Mix at the weekend - if you missed it, then you can stream the results below.

It's been a strange old journey for Unicorn Kid. The Edinburgh producer has long been a festival favourite in his native Scotland, while struggling to gain an audience for his chip-driven electro sounds elsewhere.

Focussing on his live show the producer has been able to build up a solid audience, and Unicorn Kid now stands on the verge of a breakthrough. Mixes like this will certainly help. Annie Mac's mini-mix is already a rite of passage, with Unicorn Kid stepping into the breach on Friday night (October 12th).

It's a typically frenetic effort, with Unicorn Kid packing some seventeen tracks into five minutes.

Amongst the highlights:

- Plenty of hip hop (notably a remix of Frank Ocean's 'Pyramids' courtesy of DJ Sliink)

- Lots of Rustie (well... two Rustie cuts)

- Unicorn Kid's new single ('True Love Fantasy' - it's out on December 16th)
