'Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic' gets re-worked...
Afghan Whigs

One of the most fascinating voices to emerge from what could loosely be termed American alt rock, The Afghan Whigs reformed in emotional circumstances earlier this year.

New album 'Do To The Beast' found Greg Dulli & Co. picking up exactly where they left off, with the album gaining the band Transatlantic Top 40 spots.

Now The Afghan Whigs have posted an intriguing new cover online. Penned by The Police for their 'Ghost In The Machine' album, 'Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic' is a karaoke staple.

However there's nothing karaoke about Dulli's vocal performance, taking the original and infusing it with plenty of his trademark emotive bluster.

Check it out below.

In related news, Greg Dulli is to take part in a new publication. Danny Bland has penned 'I Apologize in Advance for the Awful Things I'm Gonna Do. ...Awful Things...' - a 120-page, full-colour, paperback collection of haiku it will contain the first published collection of Dulli's photography, with calligraphy by Exene Cervenka (perhaps best known as co-founder of the band X).
