Considering their omnipresence in the music rags this year Savages have actually been very coy when it comes to releasing material.
So far the girls have released an EP of live favourites and only one traditional single, the double A-side 'Husbands / Flying To Berlin' that came out back in July via their own Pop Noire label. Essex born producer Esser has therefore had at least four months to play around with the stems of 'Flying To Berlin' and in that time he's come up with a polished interpretation, taking the stand-out, insistent bass line of the original and building this progressive, nagging remix around it. It's the sort of track that drags you in and evelops you before spitting you back out after a 7 minute haunting.
Check out the remix below and catch the end of Savages latest tour over the next few days.
